Doug Madelain

 Doug is a proud graduate of Michigan Technological University where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering Technology. His early career began working mostly in the large-scale commercial construction business on complex projects such as hospitals, hi-rise towers, industrial complexes, historic renovations, and hotels. That experience has given him a very good background to use on the complex residential projects he has been involved in for the last 27 years. 

Doug takes great pride in performing high-quality work and bringing the visions of the client and architect to reality. He is a solution-focused professional with a builder’s eye for details, and a drive to succeed. 

Doug and his wife raised their family in northwest Michigan and then moved to the Hendersonville area in 2010 where they both adventure in the local outdoors.
